This document outlines the rules, rights and responsibilities binding on every user of the wg96 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WG96, an online entertainment platform operating under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and WG96 as the platform operator. This document governs your entire use of the website, mobile app, games, and all services provided by WG96.

By accessing or using any part of the wg96 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms apply to all WG96 platform users without exception, including visitors, registered members, and VIP members of all tiers. WG96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

WG96 is an online entertainment platform intended for adults only. To register and use this platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be 18 years and above at the date of registration and at all times while using the platform.
  • You must be a private individual — registration in the name of a company, corporate body or other legal entity is not permitted.
  • You must register only one (1) account only per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
  • You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or a prohibition list of any recognised gambling regulatory body.
  • You are using your own personal funds and not funds obtained illegally or third-party funds without authorisation.
  • You are not acting as an agent, representative or on the instruction of any third party.

WG96 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) at any time to verify a user's age, identity, and geographic location. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination, and any balance associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

3. Account & Security

Each member is fully responsible for their WG96 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring that all activity on your account is legitimate and authorised.

  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at all times.
  • Any false or misleading information provided during registration or profile updates may result in immediate account closure.
  • You must notify wg96 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • WG96 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
  • Passwords must be strong and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

WG96 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank cards. All financial transactions are subject to the following provisions:

Deposit: The minimum deposit allowed is RM30 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set, however deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification for compliance purposes. Deposited funds will be credited to your account within minutes after bank confirmation.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the name of the same member. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP membership tier — standard members within 1–3 business days, while VIP members enjoy faster withdrawals.

  • Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
  • All withdrawals go through a security review process before being approved.
  • WG96 reserves the right to request additional KYC documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
  • Funds may not be transferred to a third party or to an account not held in the name of the registered member.
  • Any attempt to circumvent standard withdrawal procedures will result in an investigation and possible account suspension.
Reminder: WG96 is not responsible for any delays or transaction failures caused by banks or third-party payment processors beyond our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

WG96 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and exclusive VIP promotions. All promotional offers are subject to rollover requirements and the specific rules stated in each promotion's terms.

  • Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
  • Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
  • WG96 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses obtained through means that violate the rules or involve system exploitation.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
  • WG96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the WG96 platform — including slot games, fish shooting games, table games, and Live Casino — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures the validity and fairness of every game round.

Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. wg96 is not liable for any losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules. Results generated by the game system are final and cannot be disputed.

  • Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on WG96's recorded server data, not the user's screen display.
  • WG96 reserves the right to void any game round that occurs as a result of a technical error or software bug.
  • The use of automated software, bots or other assistance tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
  • Any attempt to exploit game bugs must be reported to WG96 support immediately.

7. Prohibited Conduct

To safeguard the integrity of the platform and the gaming experience of all members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited at wg96 and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

  • ›Registering multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
  • ›Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds.
  • ›Fraud, game manipulation or collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • ›Use of bots, automated software or any technical means to exploit the system.
  • ›Providing false personal information or assuming another person's identity.
  • ›Language that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward support staff or other members.
  • ›Any activity that is illegal or intended to damage the reputation of WG96.
Consequences of Violation: WG96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

8. Account Closure

Members may close their wg96 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

WG96 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our sole discretion, particularly in the following cases: breach of Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or a request from a competent authority.

  • Account closures requested by members will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any compensation or refund of balance.
  • Members whose accounts have been closed due to fraud are not permitted to re-register.

9. Platform Liability

WG96 strives to provide a stable, secure, and reliable platform at all times. However, as with any technology platform, technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen incidents may occur. WG96 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times.

Wg96's liability is limited to the amount deposited by the relevant member. wg96 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of anticipated profits or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

  • WG96 is not responsible for any internet connectivity failures on the user's end.
  • Information provided on the platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
  • WG96 cannot be held responsible for actions or decisions made by users based on information on the platform.

10. Amendments to Terms

WG96 reserves the right to review, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

While WG96 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email, it is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
